Happy Valentines day! Wonderful day to be working on my car :(

I just installed an AFPR a few days ago and kept smelling gas after WOT so I pulled my fuel rail off and found a broken injector. After replacing it, I turned my boost down to 10psi, reset the ECU to reset the fuel trims, and replaced my old O2 sensor with a new one. The old one looked light brown like it was running lean so that is the reason I turned the boost down. I went for a test drive and got a couple logs to see how everything acted but now everything is acting strange. My O2 sensor stays at 0.01 or 0.00 at idle until I hit the gas. It does not fluctuate at all like my old one did. At 6k WOT, I get about a 0.78 to 0.80v reading. Is this ok? I also noticed that my IDC was at 101% in first gear and second gear at 6500 rpm. Could this be a sign of a boost leak? I don't have an air compressor so I have to borrow one from my neighbor every once in awhile when I feel the need to run a boost leak test. If I need to post a log, please let me know.

I would definitely do the boost leak test! Even though its not very accurate, .78-.80 is kind of low. I would expect to see above .85 and probably higher if youre on stock fuelmaps/timing/boost, but once again, the narrowband really isnt accurate and a wideband is the most accurate means of tuning

ok, I found a major boost leak from one of the lower injector seals. Thank God I had a few on hand and was able to fix it. I left everything the same and just fixed the boost leak but the log is still showing around the same settings :(

Since my car is an A/T I am not sure what gear to actually get a reading from so I did 3rd and 2nd.

In third gear, my IDC reaches a max of 89.0% at 5600 RPM's.

The O2 readings are :
0.82v < 4k RPM's
0.80v < 5k RPM's
0.78v > 5k RPM's

Knock : 0 the entire range.

Timing Advance :
15° @ 3500 RPM
16° @ 3700 RPM
17° @ 4000 RPM
18° @ 4800 RPM
19° @ 5000 RPM
20° @ 5200 RPM
21° @ 5300 RPM
22° @> 5400 RPM

In second gear the log showed :

IDC max : 101% @ 6500 RPM. It hits 90% above 6000 RPM's

O2 Readings :
0.80 < 4500 RPM
0.78 < 5400 RPM
0.76 < 6000 RPM
0.74 > 6000 RPM

Knock Sum : 0

Timing Advance :
15° @ 3700 RPM
17° @ 4000 RPM
18° @ 4800 RPM
19° @ 5200 RPM
20° @ 5400 RPM
22° @ 5800 RPM
24° @ 6100 RPM
21° @ 6400 RPM
20° @> 6500 RPM

Since I am getting logs in a 45 mph zone I cannot top out third gear. Cops are out bad today :( Have I maxed out my 450 injectors on an EVO III 16g at 10psi? I was running 14 to 15 psi daily until I saw my old O2 sensor. There is no knock so I am stumped. Maybe my timing is to far advanced?

I know youre an auto car. Obviously youre running 45os from manual, but what is your fuel pressure and what ecu are you running? What are you using to tune?
I dont think you should be maxing out your injectors at 10psi on e316g. Your timing map which appears stock should be fine for 10psi and thats the range it was designed for.
So you now have no boost leaks?
It sounds like it may be in your injectors/ecu/fpr area?

The fuel pressure is set at 37 PSI with the vacuum line disconnected. I bought a 93 M/T ECU about a year ago so I could run the 450's. I have a OBDlogger Palm 3 with MMCd as my logging device. Now that I have the PSI set at 10 psi, it feels like the car is sluggish. There are no more boost leaks that i can fix at the moment....I think the valve seals are leaking a bit but it is extremely small. I lose about 1 psi every 10 seconds from 16psi.

It sounds like everything corresponds correctly. Did you rewire your fuel pump? Other than that im kind of stumped

Well, I am back again. This morning I replaced the in tank fuel screen and my fuel filter thinking maybe the fuel pressure was getting lost at high RPM. I did another log at 10psi and it showed the same thing as my previous log. After I reviewed everything again, I went and checked my timing and found that it was about 3 degrees instead of 5 so I set it at five and turned the boost up to 15 psi and did another log. This is where I am confused....

The log results was exactly the same as the 10psi log. I did 3 2nd gear pulls (since I have an A/T) and logged each one. On one of them, I activated my cyclone intake at 4k and it showed 0 counts of knock at 6875 RPM's and 7 counts at 7100 RPM's. There is no other knock besides that one time. Am I safe to leave everything alone and run like it is now? I run 93 octane from Exxon all the time and never get gas anywhere else. Is running 23 or 24 degrees timing at WOT ok? I am wondering if my O2 sensor may be bad as well even though it is new since I have never seen over 0.82v from it.
