Strange Engine Noise

Yesterday I was letting my car idle for about 6 mins was doing some logging, and every now and then when I reved the car I would hear a strange noise. It basicly sounds like a squeaky door opening. It sounds as if was coming from the power steering pump area, but is it possable for a power steering pump to make this noise? Also it would only squeak on the deceleration of the motor.
( I would only rev it to about 2.5k rpms.)

Belts tight? they do stretch over time...

Well the T belt is about 2 months old. The other belts are about 8 months old it didnt start making nosies till recently.

sorry to bring this back from the dead but when on deceleration from 2-3k the engine will make a squeaking noise. a squeak-squeak-squeak. sounds like the same as above. thanks for the help.
