I started to have this problem a few weeks ago when it got cold out. If I floor the pedal in 3rd the car cuts out for a second 2 to 3 times then continues to accelerate fine. Thought I was getting fuel cut or running rich used my Buddy's wideband and I was getting 12-1 Afr
while cruising and 5 to 6 psi boost accelerating. 3rd gear pull I was hitting 9-1 what the
f%&* I didn't change any settings and over the summer I was 12-1 11-1 holding fine. Car pulls hard except when it shuts down that split second. Any ideas of what I could check out. I tryed leaning it out a few percent and it went away but now its back didn't change the settings to much cause the car runs fine unless im flooring it and its my DD.

thanks in advance

AJ NO Its not a boost leak already checked.

Ignition problems if you have verified no boost leaks and your getting fuel, if your using a stock fuel filter replace it, change spark plugs, check your spark plug wires and make sure theres no knicks or anything, unplug your power transistor and clean it up, if its none of those its possible your coil pack is going bad

Mine did this. Do whats been said but check your cas also. Moisture can get in it somtimes and it causes these problems.

This is also true, or set up improperly, if you remove it put it back exactly the way it came out and use a timing light to set base timing, or just set the cas for tdc then rotate the engine so cylinder 1 is at tdc then use a timing light to set base timing

Sounds like your running rich if at 12:1 while cruzing should be closer to stoich. So I would check the fuel system and vacuum lines things like that, injector could be clogged. Or it could be timing related or cas. Is it cold enough that your fuel cold be freezing?
