hey want is the up and down side to a stroker kit? i know youget more foot pounds. and that you'r cant rev as high. or so i have heard. let me know. 4G63t 99 spyder

adv: more low end tq quicker turbo spool on larger turbos
con: More likely to break transmission due to the increase of tq at lower rpms. and a well built motor can rev to around 7.5 or 8k. which requires good transmission

I think creative is giving far too much credit. This forum tries to uphold some standards. Posts must be on topic and grammatically correct, or close to it. OP, this is a medium where you are represented entirely by your written words, so download firefox and use the built-in spell check for the love of god.

And you've pretty much got the idea of the pros and cons of a stroker. More displacement equals more torque, faster spool, better off-boost response, and about 10% more airflow. The cons are a worse rod angle ratio (hurts longevity and limits rpm), and cost.
