Stock Turbo?

I have a 97 Eclipse GS and I was wondering if its possible to buy a stock Mitsubishi turbo setup. If you can does it make more sense to do this or to just get a better one from another company. Im not looking for a huge turbo, just a basic setup (if you can call putting a turbo in basic). Also if it is possible does anyone know where I could get one?
