Stock turbo problems! Need HELP!

hey whats up guys i am need of some major help. My stock turbo is gone and seals are done, the turbine wines when it spooles up after the car has sat with the engine turned off for a half an hour. I installed my autometer cobalt boost gauge last night and found out that my greddy profec b spec 2 was reading 6lbs off and im actually hitting 24lbs on the STOCK TURBO. So i turned off the boost controller and it is still doing it . What quick fix suggestions do you guys have till i get my new turbo next week?

Just run it like a non-turbo until you get it.
