stock oil pressure sender?

Would it matter if I blocked off my stock oil pressure sender because I am running an after-market and don't care about the stock gauge.?

You could remove the sender unit and make sure you plug the connection. If you got aftermarket gauge dont need it.

It doesn't make a difference at all. You can replace it with your aftermarket sender/line or use a tee and run both. It's up to you.

Just so you know the threads on the factory oil pressure sender are 1/8" BSPT.

ok thanks i have not had one for quite a while. I was looking through pics and noticing people relocating them and keeping them. I was just wondering if i was missing something.
