Stock ignition limits?

At what point would a stock coil pack and ngk wires not be able to keep up?

I am having some break up issues that come and go. Some pulls are clean while others it breaks up then clears up. Tried leaning the car out, and nothing would solve the problem. Replaced the wires,plugs, and coil pack.

Any ideas would be great.

Thanks, hmm well I see it is good for 450, which is what I put down on the mustang dyno, I have yet to say directly they put down 550+ on a stock coil pack.

I was told e85 will limit hp and you could get away with more with race gas.

kp116 just put down 640whp on a mustang dyno on stock ignition last week I seen on the chitown forum

Thats corrrect, because of the higher octane level. It lets you add more timing.

Not correct!! Ive seen people make more power on e85. Also Ive seen people lay down 600+whp on stock ingnition. If your having break up than you have a failing component.

I put down 455 while breaking up on a mustang dyno. CAS was 180 out :/
