I need to know the stock diameter for fuel hard line. I am working on something for a friend and want to use a compression to an fitting for hard line to rail. If it works then we don't have to spend 30bucks on a inverted flare adapter. I have searched but can't find a direct answer for a 2g. Thanks in advance.

The factory fuel line threads are 14mm x 1.5

Inverted flare is the "proper" way, but I can confirm the an-to-metric (earl's) adapter seals just fine with thread sealant.

Also, here's a good read:

The steel fuel line is only 3/16" ID. [BTW: the -6AN fitting we'll be using has an actual measured ID of 5/16"]
