stock cut wires replacement

ok so the guy before me just freakin cut all the wires for the stereo instead of gettin an adapter but my question is, are those wires a part of the main wiring harness or some place could i take out the old stereo wiring harness and get a new one from mitsu?

Part of the dash harness. Connect the wires coming out of the dash to the harness for your radio. It's a pain in the ass but not as much as changing the cluster #### of wires that is the dash harness.
