Stock clutch for a 91 talon tsi stock

My talon is completely stock. I was having problems shifting and noticed the master and slave cylinder leaking. I replaced both and bled the system, readjusted the clutch and every thing was fine for 3 days. I'm at work today and I go to lunch, Im driving and I go to shift and its hard to take out of gear. I get it out of gear and try to shift, it will not go back into gear. I think my clutch fork is bent, the car has 160,000 miles on the same clutch. Im going to replace the clutch with an oem one but which one to I choose. I was looking on rock auto and the prices are pretty good. Just wondering what stock clutch you recommend.
