stock 2g turbo price

i have a friend that has a stock 2g turbo setup including this:
2g intercooler (side mount)
2gblow off valve
2g turbo manifold
2g 450 cc fuel rail and injectors
2g 02 housing
the turbo is a td05

he wants $300 but the turbo needs rebuilt. is this worth the money??? i have a 95 rs 420a. stock. thinking about the turbo for my car but maybe just buy the setup and get it rebuilt and then sell it.. make some money. what do you think... email me please or just reply

Do you really want to try to turbo an RS? You should offer him $250 (since you're going to have to spend some $ to rebuild the turbo) and then I'll give you $150 for everything but the turbo, BOV, and intercooler, then you can get the turbo rebuilt and sell the turbo/intercooler and BOV to make some cash.

possibly. i'm not sure yet. i had heard that the tdo5 rebuilt should be round 100 bucks for the work. true or not?

if its the 2g turbo T-25 don't waste your time on rebuilding or replacing. 14b or others are way more worth your time

well i'm going to have to pass on this idea.. i guess the tranny is needed to be fixed b4 i go turbo... but soon enough hopefully... thx tho guys
