Does anyone know how to make a stock 2g intake fit on a 16g there is a lil rubber shim in the intake i cant get it on with the shim and cant get it tight enough without it

If by "rubber shim" you mean the gasket between the compressor outlet and the J pipe, it has to be there or you will have a massive boost leak.

If you are having problems getting it in just remove or loosen or remove the exhaust manifold heat shield for more wiggle room. Use a center punch or some such device to align one side of the gasket while bolting down the other side.

If the J pipe doesn't get tight without the gasket your bolts may be too long. Use hex head cap screws and make sure they don't bottom out in the turbo before getting the connection tight.

Need to describe a little more clearly please. From what i understand, you seem to be asking if there is a way to bolt on the stock 2g intake to the mouth of the turbo ?
First off the round rubber piece that come in the 2g stock mas shouldn't be removed as it is there to fit the intake on much smaller turbos like t25's all the way up to some 20g's that have a small mouth.
If you remove it you will find yourself having to tighten the intake a little more than normal in order to mount it tight and good. Let me know if this helped.
