Can an aftermarket blowoff valve like turbo xs be mounted on the stock hose pipes for 91 4g63t?

yes, the turbo xs sells an adaptor to fit a 1g dsm flange. it will not bolt up without the flange. by the way, in my opinion a 1g bov is much better than a turbo xs bov.

can you recommend an afternarket bov?

i still run the 1g bov. but if you want an aftermarket bov the greddy bov can be fitted to the stock flange with some modification. personally the only bov besides stock that i would want to run would be the tial bov but you cannot recirculate that bov.
