STM shifter bearing kit

So I bought the under hood shifter bearing kit from STM and I am kind of unhappy with what I actually recieved. The bearings I recieved are all metel without red dust shields and also did not come with codding pins. I was just wondering if anyone else has ordered this kit and just curious to see if anyone else had the same problem? I will post a picture from their website and one of what I recieved, you'll see what I mean.

I apologize for the lack of Red Color and no cotter pins.

I have no problem sending out cotter pins if you did opt to use them, as they should have been included in the package.

You mentioned on the phone that you only want them in Red, but as I said before this is not something we can offer anymore. I will gladly refund them in full if you still wanted to return them.

If anyone else finds they are missing cotter pins, let me know. I can get them out to you. I checked all my current packages and they are packed, but some kits must have been packed incorrectly.

I will have Shawna update the picture on our website tomorrow afternoon with the new bearing color.
