Still having problems

Car was running fine on my way home, I parked it and went inside for a couple hours, and it completely went to a very bad place, anyway here are my symptoms.

extremely fouled plugs
sounds really rough as if the timing was off
won't idle
from idle to 5000 it doesnt want to accelerate but after that it pulls fine
doesn't like going uphill
vacuum is off what it was when i got it, idle was 20 vacuum and now it sits at 10 also the boost comes in later

I don't have access to a scanner however I am looking to purchase one, if you have any recommendations please PM me.

Bet on jumped timing.

ECM taking a crap? If you have a logger take a peak at your BARO reading. Should be steady.

My car did the exact same thing once. It actually ended up being the temp sensor telling the car it was -50 outside. That caused the ecu to dump a ton of fuel to protect the engine.
