ok i just had my evo 3 16g turbo ported and 34 mm flapper installed and also had my exhaust manifold ported to match. got everything back on. now i mean its a lot better but im still creeping. what ive noticed though is that when i open my mbc all the way up or tighten all the way its not affecting the boost. now my mbc is one of those $8 ones off ebay and when i first started getting boost creep i thought it was the mbc so i cut some off of the spring. im thinking that i need to get a quality mbc like a hallman ro something. what you guys think? thanks

run the pressure line straight to the wastgate actuator, If you can hold 7-9 psi then its your mbc. If you still creep then it might be other things, You should have asked the person who did the 34mm flapper mod to create a pathway towards the flapper on the turbine housing so that the exhaust will flow towards the wastegate also that 3 inch o2 eliminator isnt helping especially when there is not cat.

when you said pressure hose you meant just switch the hoses on the mbc right? well thats what i did and it made the boost the spike like crazy. goes straight up to 20 and would probably keep going if i didnt let off. does that means its the mbc? thanks

no he ment to remove the MBC and run a direct line instead to test the aquator.
Also keep in mind that the stock size aquator can get to hot and fails after a while.

You may need to look into dumping that waste gate to the atmos or getting an external waste gate or external WG ( or both hehe)
