Regina,
hey guys, lately at higher speeds (+80km) my car's steering wheel starts shaking rank. it sounds pretty shaky too. wondering if this is a big deal or maybe something i can get fixed cheap. thanks

More than likely if you feel it in the steering wheel its the balance of the tires. But it could also be front end parts such as inner/outer tie rods, hub or ball joints. If you don't know how to check for these parts pm me and I'll make a post on checking front end parts. I'd do it now but it's past my bed time.:D :nono:

cant be my rims. got brand new 17" rims and tires, just balanced and put on. i'm thinking something is loose..

Ah, as more details are begrudgingly leaked out. Changing wheels from factory specifications will bring out all manner of otherwise-masked maladies. How long since the front end was rebuilt on that 15+year-old-car?

my whole front end is basically replaced. i hit slid into a curb in the winter n ####ed alot of shit up.

i got new struts, control arms, tie rod ends, new brake pads, n some other shit.

P.S: it came and went before.. now its just there
