Steering/suspention issue?

Recently replaced CV shafts, outter tie rods,and Lower control arms. Need new tires as they are past bald.
94 talon n/t

While driving my wheel veers left or right a few seconds at a time. Mostly to the left pretty hard.
Steering is still as responsive as ever, So if i turn the wheel a little right the car will go a little right pretty much on a dime.
Doesn't get worse as I'm accelerating, just randomly strays left or right.
The steering issue seems to get better for a couple days, then when it get worse and likes to cycle though.
The steering wheel does rock back and forth quite a bit though whilst driving.
Any ideas as to what the problem is?

Your past bald tires could let the car veer left or right! Get new tire and an alignment. Old ball joints sticking will cause a car to stay a little left or a little right. Bald tires are very dangerous, please get new ones. And see if that stop the wandering. Z
