OK,I HAVE RECENTLY INSTALLED ACT2900,WITH SPRUNG PUCK,AND XACT FLYWHEEL .EVERY THING WAS TORQUED PROPERLY .NEW FORK ,ADDED SHIMS ON PIVOT BALL AS PER JACKSTRANSMISION, MT90 REDLINE OIL ,NEW SLAVE CYLINDER ,MODIFIED MY PEDAL ASSEMBLY AND C BRACKET .ADJUSTED MY MASTER ,I HAVE DONE ALMOST EVERYTHING OUT THERE IN FORUMS.I ALSO HAVE EXTENDED SLAVE ROD WHICH I AM NOT USING IT ,MY PROBLEM AFTER ALL OF THIS SHIT IS MY CAR WONT CRANK IN NEUTRAL ,BUT IF YOU PRESS THE CLUTCH IT DOES CRANK AND STARTS ENGAGES INTO ALL GEARS SMOOTLY BUT GRINDS IN NEUTRAL SOUNDS LIKE MESHING .

SO GUYS PLEASE HELP ME OUT WILL ALWAYS BE APPRECIATED
1-CAR WONT CRANK AND FEELS JAMMED IN NEUTRAL
2-WHEN CLUTCH PEDAL PRESSED CAR CRANKS UP PERFECTLY
3-GRINDING ,MESHING IN NEUTRAL ONLY

Yes i did adjust the clutch pedal as per jcktransmision ,my question is whats stopping the to crank on neutral?

ok today i got some time for the Ride ,i saw the fork has no play or movement at all it doesnot move fwd or back its seem it stuck or something ,so when i start the car its jammed and startor cant move the flywheel, but when i press the clutch pedal it cranks up perfectly, and when i release the clutch very slow it vibrates and makes grinding noise in neutral and the whole pedal assembly vibrates plud the gear

hi guys i found the problem,my friend who installed this has put shims around 6 mm which was pushing the fork from the center and it was touching the pressure plate when it was disengaged ,so guys see the pic and this roblem is solved :thumb:
