For those of you who have been following my past blogs and have not seen my post in the hangout, my #4 rod bearing spun 800miles after the rebuild. So now it's time to try again.

I'm thinking of this-
A crank from orielly's with bearings to match= $239.00

6 bolt rods ready for 7 bolt pistons = $330.00 (190+140core)

I may need a new oil pump but I'll decide that after I see it, so I won't count that in now.
I shouldn't have to get my cylinders bored or anything done to the block because that was all just done. But my question is to get my 7 bolt pistons pressed onto the 6 bolt rods, will my rings have to come off?
So thats the plan as of now. I'm guessing around $800 after all the odds and end stuff to get it going again.
