Its been more than 4 months that my car has been stored in my garage with its battery disconected. Im thinking on starting it tomorow, I know at shouldnd be like this but what should iI do I mean should I change oil first, or crank it a few times after it runs or what?

I had my car stored over the winter from the end of November to the middle of April this year, and after I charged the battery overnight I just started it right up. I drove it from my neighbor's place where I was storing it down the street to my place, and the next day I drove it two blocks for an oil change and other things on the to-do list.

My car is virtually stock however, and considering that you have some fairly extensive mods listed in your profile, maybe a bit more preparation might be wise before starting it up, someone with more experience with this then I should chime in.

The oil will be fine. Just give it a few 15-second crank bursts before starting it up to move some around the bearings. Use up most of the gas that's in it by driving conservatively, then re-fill with fresh.
