I believe that is on the back of the motor on the passenger side of the vehicle. Remove your air cleaner assembly and you should be able so see it. It has a heat shield on it so you might have to look around a bit to find it but its a fairly simple procedure to fix though.

my intake is on the driver side... its the 3.0 L V6... i was looking, i was just making sure i dont have to take off the intake manifold(again) or anything to get to it. i was having trouble locating it
 
heres what i have going on i am pretty sure its the starter have a click comeing from the back of the engine under the intake manfold when i puch the clutch in and try to turn her over, as well as the front ecu in the fuse box is clicking.
