starter solinoid HELP!!!!

ok guys ive been having this proble with starter solinoids lately from some reasson my car keeps killing them?? i had the stock one in and it went out on me so i thought nop biggie ill just pop a new one in so i did and not even 3 days later and less then 20 starts on it and its dead again?? any idea why this keeps happening

How do you know the solenoids failed? What are the symptoms?

i would turb the key and just get a click...nothing else just a clicking sound and then a humming/whine sound from the starter reply by the ecu....so i tested the solenoid by using a jumper wire and the car would start with that but not on its own..so i replaced the solenoid and it fired right up no issue and worked fine for a few days then today i start the car just find then turn it back off to work on my exhaust and then go to fire it up an hour later or so after my cat delete and i get the same click and then humming/whine sooo i would assume its the same issue ..so i used a jumper wire once again and it fired up with the jumper again so that is where im at and how i got here haha

I bet it's actually an intermittent ignition switch. Symptoms match. Try cleaning yours first and if that doesn't work order a new one. It's under your steering column cover on the driver's side of the column. Has two Phillips screws holding it in place that are a pain to get out without a ratcheting 90 degree screw driver. Open it up(it just snaps apart) and clean up the carbon buildup.

i may actualy try that because here is the strange part..........i just now had the solenoid out and inspected it then spilled some mikes hard lemonade onto it dryed it off and pput it back in the car along with the battery and boom car fired right up 5 times in a row with no issue at all..........ssssssoooo either its not a solenoid issue or mikes hard lemonade cures all
