Starion, Conquest tsi?

Okay so I have always known about these cars. Somehow I have a soft spot for these ugly things and I want to know if there worth dealing with. There is a guy in town locally with a 89 Starion turbo 2.4 5spd. I remember him saying it has 78k on the odometer. He wants to trade it for my 01 Gsxr 600 modded stretched etc.... what do you guys think about these?

2.4 Turbo, eh? Did he swap a 4G64 in it or something? Because the turbo models came with a 2.6L, or was that a typo?



No personal experience on these cars, but I would love to own one all the same. Either stick with the stock motor, or G4CS/4G64 swap it. Either way it'd be a blast to drive.
