2G Standalone harness on 99 Eclipse GS Spider 2.4

Ok, I need help pointing me in the right direction. Looking to put a standalone harness In my 99 Eclipse GS Spider 2.4 circle track dirt race car.

Any help would be great.

What are you going to run for a ECU?

Don't know which way to go can't find anyone who can tune the computer to run full open.

In my limited experience the rule book for your class usually says if you have to run a stock ECU or if you can run something else.
