I am in the process of changing the adapter coming off of the oil filter housing. I am changing it in case my car throws a belt, I do not want to trash my oil line, for it comes out at 90* right in the path of a belt.

When I pulled it I noticed the hole on the adapter I am wanting to install is smaller than the one I had on it. Is this a problem? Basically, what I am asking is in the picture below, is it fine to use the fitting with the smaller hold (right) than the one with the bigger hole (left)? Both have the same exit hole diameter. Will it affect oil presure to the turbo?

It is hard to gauge size by a picture but that hole still looks bigger than a -4 AN feed line so I would guess you should be fine. Is it larger than your feed line?

Well as long as it isn't smaller than the feed line it will not restrict oil flow more than the line itself does so you will be fine.
