What is the difference in the Hahn turbo kits, I see the same parts listed but one has 8-10 psi and the other 5-7 psi?

Just looking real quick at it the intercooler and piping along with some fuel mods. I just glanced at it though, but it makes sense. Get stage II if you can afford it.
