Two different schools on this one so your going to be lucky if you get a straight answer. I would say the Star. Most of the best times I've seen on the 420a motor have been with the Start kit.
 
really ok is there ne other opinion and i plan on getting a bigger turbo so which has the better quality parts?
 
If you don't know. Hahn was the engineer who designed the 420a motor. He's also designed the turbo kit and other components to complement the turbo kit and produce more power. You know how strong and reliable the 420a is right (up to 300 hp)? Well, imagin a turbo kit created by the same guy, wouldn't you think that kit would be reliable as well? Also, I've heard some bad reviews on the star kit and never on the Hahn kit. Check out both of the sites for the kits and read up about them and then you determine which you want.
