Due to limited spacing I'm thinking about placing my power steering cooler right behind my oil cooler (both 8x11x1.5).
I'm assuming this will cause no cooling issues since cars are set up from the factory like this (AC condensor in front of the Radiator).
I plan to add a fan as a push or pull to.

Will this work?

That's pretty overkill for a PS cooler. What kind of driving are you doing?

A lot of people delete the PS cooler and just loop the lines. The fluid is only going to get hot with repeated, constant steering (ie road race and auto-x). The fan is probably overkill if you're just driving on the street.

Agreed. That's why I asked what kind of driving the car will see. Unless it's a dedicated road course/auto-x car, I don't even see the need for a PS cooler, much less a 8x11x1.5 one. I'd save the time/money/effort if this is a street car, but that's just me.

Regarding the question, though, the PS cooler should be fine mounted behind another cooler. You just need to ensure there's adequate airflow across the core, and there's a good outlet to facilitate flow.

I'd like to have a cooler, the reason I said that size is I can easily bolt it to the oil cooler.
I'd mount it between the FMIC and radiator but I've got my radiator tucked under the core support so there is not a whole lot of room.

Car is just a weekend warrior (drag, autox, twisty roads)

I actually used Ni-Copp brake line and re-made the loop. Mounted it between my FMIC and radiator just like stock. Pretty easy to do.

As far as power steering fluid temp goes. I think many people underestimate how much pressure and temperature power steering fluid is under.

I know there is quite a bit of pressure on the high side, I've got a custom Eletro-Hydraulic Power Steering set up with a n MR2 pump.
My high line is rated for 5000psi!
The low side is considerably less though, still around 200 IIRC.

Of your stacking they need a minimum of 1" gap between them, you dont want them to be ontop of each other as it wont have a good cooling effect. I got a PS cooler and it was only a small one from true long. Its like 8x3 or something like that, it does not need to be big. Anything is better then the hard line thats their as stock.

I'm looking on Summit Racing now for something a bit smaller, hopefully I can jam it in between my rad/fans/fmic.
