SSAC FMIC install on a 1Ga

I'm installing this kit and the long pipe that runs across the IC seems like it runs where the crash beam is. Has anyone managed to retain the crash beam and if you didn't, how is your front bumper mounted? I would really like to retain the crash beam for obvious reasons, but it just doesn't seem possible.

Are you talking bout the metal bumper support ? I cut mint over half way up where the front mount is, but mine is setup different. I left the very top so that i could bolt my bumper to it, so that i could avoid sagging.

yeah the bar the bumper bolts to. I guess I will start hacking some more
