Hey guys I've decided I'm going to be replacing my fuel lines with braided lines. But im not quite sure on what parts that I need. Ik I need the lines obviously. But if I just wanna go with a size bigger than the stock lines for less restriction what size would I need? I've heard -8an lines will do but how do I go about fitting that to my hardline on my fuel tank?

This is usually completed as a system. Fuel pump, filter, and regulator. Consider your goals before jumping right to new fuel lines. If you are not running out of fuel, or have no need to repair, then there is no benefit at this time.

Here are some easily found choices:

Thanks for the advice! Another question will I have to purge my tank to replace the lines?

No the tank is not gravity fed. Just let the lines drain with what is in them and you will be all set.

When you get everything hooked up cycle the key a few times to get the air out of the lines. The best way to check for leaks is to run the pump with the car off... if you have a way to do so. I can do it with megasquirt and I believe DSM link allows you too as well.
