Spyder 5spd transmission choices

I'm getting ready to change my motor, and swap from auto>manual. Im putting a galant motor in, as i've got the 2.4. Will any manual tranny work from a 2nd gen? RS/GS, GS-T, and Galant. I'm not worried about the flywheel/clutch etc as I will get that seperate, I just need to know wether any of these tranny's will work. Thanks guys...

im pritty much doing the same thing..but i belive the RS/GS eclipse trannies are for the 420a your would have to go GST or maybe GS 2.4L but im not sure on that one

You are right. I figured it all out. The GST tranny will work. Other than the spyder, the Galant tranny will work also. I'm nearing the end of my motor/tranny swap.
