Sputtering/P0118

ok guys I'm close to pushing this thing off a cliff I have a 96 eclipse rs and it sputterss when you. give it gas if I creep along it runs fine. I have. 1 code p0118 ect high input about 4 months ago I pit a 4-1 header. on and the o2 bung location ment a fan had to come off car ran steller until now about a month ago my map sensor went out replaced that and. was good until now ect sensor and connector/ pigtail are new. I've switched wires around trying to rid the code,
modifications are 4-1 header cold air msd wires new fuel filter all vac lines are new plugs look fine
something I noticed. pcv valve rattles it is 2 weeks old any. help would be appreciated

WTF What wires did you switch? It sounds like the PCM is just trying to protect the engine...

the 2 going to the coolant temp sensor I installed a new pigtail and soldered the wires then flipped them to see if it helped as they are the same color. no change

update it only seems to do it when cold. ( outside temperature)

does the 420a have an intake temp sensor? I cant seem to find my manual
