After forgetting to replace my oil I spun a bearing, what is the best way to replace it?? also i'am going to check for any other damage beside's just slapping in a bearing and saying it's good.

I have a good bottem end, I think LOL JE Pistons 8:8:1 Crower I Beams

And I've searched my ass off to look for uninstalling my crank but I can only find installing.

If I remember right you will need to remove your engine or transmission to take out the crank. There are a lot of variables when the rod bearing has spun. Has your crank been scored? Is the bearing in pretty in tact or did it's goodies go everywhere?

Typically the crank will be turned if it has had damage. If there are aluminum shavings in the oil and everything I wouldn't mess with it until it has been cleaned and rebuilt. Also common is a resize for the rod that spun the bearing. I've heard some people say just run it, others say resize it. On other forums I've read that the rod is never the same and for high performance applications they won't even resize the rod, it just gets tossed. If you think about the consequences of a failed con-rod (internal engine damage, windowed block, etc.) and the things that could be happening to it while it's running with a messed up bearing (heat cycling, impact loading to the crank area, and others) I would at the very least have it resized, balanced, and new fasteners.

Bare minimum is to fix the clearance issue that caused it to spin in the first place.

Tomorrow morning I'am gonna drop the oil pan and check out the bearing's and have it checked at a shop for any other damage. Is there a DIY on how to take crank, I have the hayne's manuel but I just wanted to see if there's one online I did search for it already.

ahh ok, just wondering because some website's were saying to check the bearing just drop the oil pan, as far as the crank i know iam gonna have to have to the engine looked, hopefully there's not that much damage.
