i will be buying springs in the next week for my 98 GSX i have koni reds non adjustable shocks/struts, i was thinken of the H&R that lowers it 1.7 now will i need a F&R camber kit or no?

You might want to move this but, i will see if i can help, My car sits on 225/45/16 tires Sportlines (1.7 drop front and rear) and tokico 5 ways, and i have Ingalls front and rear camber kits and they were able to get the car into perfect specs. So Short Yes you will need camber kits.

trust me i've tried to post it like 3 or 4 times in the suspention forum but nobody wrote so i decided to write it in hear, and does anybody have megan racing lowering springs and if so how are they?

We also have a tendency to ignore questions that have been asked and answered many times before. We might read far enough to verify that it really is the same old question, just in case the post makes it clear that the author has done a search and really does have a novel issue, but when it turns out to be a repeat, we move on.

Note that I'm not telling you to do a search, since that's too obvious to mention and would be a violation of the rules; rather, I'm explaining why many people ignored your post.

ps. if you're stuck with Koni Reds, then my suggestion is H&R OE Sports, no front camber kit, and slightly shimmed rear upper arms, but you knew that from your searches, right?
