I just installed tein H-tech springs and on the rear springs the drivers side back spring sits lower than the other side? what causes this. (I have adjustable tokico shocks and they might be on different settings)
anyone have any ideas?

I don't think having the shocks on different settings will affect the ride height. Of course the handling of the car will be adversely affected so you should address that. You might want to take a look at the suspension bushings on the affected corner. Look for tears/defects. Also double check the installation. Make sure you didn't accidentally put a front shock on the rear.

No i couldnt have put a front shock in the rear they are clearly marked, I know for sure i didnt do that.

the suspension bushings is the black rubber part that goes on top of the spring right? If thats what it is I know mine were all beat up in the back. tears were in it. Where can I get new ones?

edit- I found what they are called, Spring insulator,

think that would cause that much of a difference? because botch of them are bad...

Just reading this as I pass by and I have a stupid question i'm sure, but are the spring insulators the same thing as the "bump stops"?

If not or if so either way I would like to know where the hell to get bump stops?

Thanks

The isolator is 13; the bumpstop is 11. That should also answer the question as to whether the two are the same.

ps. the isolator plays a key role in ride height; the bumpstop doesn't (unless your car is very poorly set up)
