Speedo cable bolt issues

So, in the midst of my engine swap, When I disconnected the Speedo cable from the tranny, the bolt holding it into the transmission kind of snapped in half. So...I am assuming there must be a way to back out the half of the bolt that is still in the tranny.

AAAAAND...what size is that bolt so I can replace it.

Nope. Not really if you can't grip the end of it. You'll have to drill it out.

so after I drill it out what do I do about getting another bolt in there to hold in the speedo?

does anyone now the size of the bolt that needs to go there?
