Speaker Issue??

Ok well i put in the new radio in a few days ago. A kenwood kvt 911dvd. My speakers were originally amped from the factory but heres the thing after radio went in all the speakers work except the 2 lil tweeters up front.. any ideas? Also I used a harness from autozone so i didnt splice into the cars harness..

When I installed my radio it came with two harness to go around the factory amplifier

Yes, but this is for the tweeters, not the amplifier.

Don't the tweeters run through the factory amp?

According to the wiring diagram, the tweeters are fed only by the amplifier. However, when you pull the tweeters out, there is a second plug for them under there.
