Im looking at RRE's site and they have a list of different sized SPAL fans. I was wondering which one will fit my setup (AGP 60-1 full garret kit, ebay fmic, ebay aluminum rad). Should I purchase 2 pullers or 2 pushes or 1 of each? I'd like to keep my AC, because I use it often.

Seeing as how the fans ranges from 2.05"-3.7" thick, which one will clear my setup? I'd like to purchase the biggest fans with the most CFM yet thin enough to clear my setup.

Thanks!

Agreed...and remember that the thickness rating is at the center of the fan (motor). It tapers off a lot to the edge.

Only real way is to measure, there are just to many variables between setups to say forsure what will fit or not. Take some measurements & see what works for you. Like was said the depth measurement is where the motor is in the center which is maybe 5" or something in diameter, so take this into consideration when doing your measurements.

thanks for the replies guys, that's what i first had in mind, but i thought i'd ask you guys first. :thumb:

it's going to be a bummer waiting on the fans though. :(

if you get 2 of them, hard wire one (not 2) up to the passenger side plug. Two will draw way to much power and make the wires very hot and will blow fuses. i wired one into the passenger plus and the other into the driver side plug. Now i can turn both on with link and have it operate like the oem ones did. if you don't have link, i would wire the drivers one to a switch or something.

If he gets the 12" 1650cfm SPAL, it's highly recommended to use a 30A relay. Use the stock wiring for the switch to throw the relay.
