Sony Clie SL10...what next? (noob in need of help)

Hey I just got a Sony Clie SL10 PDA from my friend for free. It only came with the PDA itself, no cables, or anything. What do I have to do in order to get this thing to start logging? I need a few cables and software, but what cables and what software do I need? I looked on Pocketlogger.com and that didnt really help me with what I needed and I searched and came up with nothing.

Can anyone help me out? Im new to loggers

You need a serial cable and a logger cable, I think most logger software work with only palm OS, im not sure what the sony is.

I have a sony clie t615 and I have never been able to use it for data logging I tried it on 3 1g cars with no luck, so I had to buy a Palm and that worked great. I wouldn't waste your money on cables just to find out it doesn't connect.

Like you tried, definitely start at www.pocketloggers.com and select a model from their compatability list to use for logging.
I currently use an M105, but battery life is nill with anything but energizer e2 lithiums. I've previously used a palm IIIc but it died for whatever reason. Color is overrated anyways.
I picked up the m105 off eBay for $15.

Get a OBDII pocketlogger cable and a serial cable. The Pocketlogger cable is $125 + shipping. I recommend them because not only is the software easy to use and good, you also get support from their forums. Oh, and when you're looking for a serial cable do not get the serial cable that is for sony clie s and n series. It needs to be for SJ series.
