Something is squeeling

Alright on my 99 whenever I first start it up it makes a very loud obnoxious squeel for like 5 seconds and then stop, however it'll chirp here and there while driving. I can try to take a video of it and upload it if I can tonight when I get off work. but does this just sound like a loose belt?

check your belt tensioner may just have to re-adjust it, see if your belts are wearing out, or misalignment of the belt.

Alright thanks guys thats what I was thinking but everything I looked at on here people were saying harmonic balancers and my squeel is different than that so I hoping it was just a belt

should I get an oem belt or get an aftermarket?

When it comes to accessory belts any belt will do fine. I personally run blue gates racing belts, but in all honesty I only did it to match my timing belt and looks at almost triple the price of just going to autozone and grabbing an off the shelf that would have been fine.
