alright here goes....
I went ahead and pulled my motor out due to a dui and bad syncros. I rebuilt it with factory style internals, ported and polished the head and intake manifold, knife edged the injector humps, and put the jeep 4.0 throttle body mod on. I also deleted the emissions. I did keep the one line running to the fpr in the back of the car though. I blocked off the side of the egr that has the pipe running to the intake and blocked off the intake where the pip leads.
I know have a problem to where my car at idle slowly runs rich and stays there and i cant seem to think of any reason to why it would do that as i did not do any major mods such as changing injectors or adding turbo so i'm looking for some insite and help to figure this out. The only thing i can think of is i need a afpr or a safc but i'm not sure. I dont think im built to where i need that so any suggestions would be appreciated thank you..

You're flowing more air now, so your ECU has to compensate. All it knows is: more air, more fuel. Not how much more air or how much more fuel. You could also have a slight vac. leak somewhere. Also try playing around with your Idle set screw, and your IAC valve.

would it make a difference that im using the jeep iac instead of the 420a iac and swapping the jeep head onto it. All vacuum lines are brand new silicone. Just out of curiousity what is the best way to compensate for the amount of air funning in to the car without getting mega squirt or a stand alone system
