I need some help to be sure i'm gonna order the right parts for my car. I just order a FP DSM82(3582HTA) with FP race manifold and 2.5'' SS O2 housing. What i want to know is:
1. ETS Race intercooler 10.5'' with 3.5'' core or ETS Street 7'' with 3.5'' (i was thinking to get the race one)
2. What injectors ( i have order ECMLink with FIC950 settings)
3. What intake pipe? ( I want to run SD and i want to know if the stock MAS have to go or it can still stay in position but not use it anymore. It's important because if it has to go i will order Dejon intake pipe with no mas. Also i would like to have the bungs for valve cover and charcoal canister)
4. HKS SSQV or TIAL Q BOV
5. Tein suspension with or without pillowball. The support from Tein said is much better without because of the design of the Eclipse suspension.
6. If it will be ok to recirculate the O2. I don't want to have it vented and i couldn't find a recirculated O2 for my setup with MV-R wastegate and connection for Megan Racing downpipe. The 3'' recirculated is coming with vband connection and is way to much.
That's it for now...thanks a lot!

Most of this is should be a matter of opinion (mostly yours).

1. Depends on how much work you want to do cutting up your front bumper and how much power you really want to make. If you are willing to do the work then bigger is better but the way I see it the more inter cooler you nave hiding behind the bumper the more money you waisted on something that isn't getting used.
2. I would get the biggest I could afford thinking of future upgrades. The 950 would probably work but if you think you may want to upgrade the turbo again later then you may want to get something bigger, 1250s perhaps. you have link you can use them.
3. Running SD you can leave the stock MAF to hold an air filter if you want, it shouldn't hurt anything unless you are trying to suck enough air to make 1000hp. But ask yourself this, if you are going SD why would you want that giant POS sitting in your engine compartment just to hold an air filter?
4. Purely opinion, IMO. get on you tube and watch some videos of both and pick the one you like the sound of best.
5. I would take the recommendation of TEIN on this one, I would think they know what they are talking about...
6. You can always take your car to an exhaust shop (or take the entire setup to them before you put it on) and have them weld in a recirculation tube to your DP. If you want it to look clean just take it to a reputable shop...

Thanks for your answer. I'm asking those things because no matter how much i was searching i couldn't find answers to my questions.
1. It will not be a problem to rebuild the bumper...anyway i have to do it because is not fitting. I was wandering only what should i get...if street one 500HP it will be small for a 3582HTA. The 10'' one with 3.5 thickness is for 700HP and the max lbs for the turbo is 70-72lbs...so it should be a perfect fit....isn't it?
2.I will not update the turbo...it will be enough for me. I just want to get the right injector for this turbo...not get them to small so i will have the duty cycle up to 100 and not hilarious big...because i will not use them on full potential. Maybe 950 is small so maybe a 1050 or 1150 will be much better.
3.I don't want to keep it...is just that i have read somewhere that for the first time settings for SD you need it....i don't remember exactly. After you have the SD settings you can put a intake pipe without MAS. My problem will be when i put the turbo and i still have the stock intake pipe.
4.I did...i'm more into HKS...but i want to get what's best...not what makes nice sound.
6.I just wanted to bu sure it will not affect anything in some way...because i still don't understand way FP doesn't make those 2.5'' recirculated.

question then becomes what are your goals.. 500hp?, 600hp?, 700hp? will help us mak sujestions for you. expecially when you are talking size of intercooler and injectors.

I don't have a certain target...i just want to have a good setup. I would be very happy if i can be around 11' but for beginning it's enough 400whp. Later with engine updates i want to go at full potential of the turbo...and i don't think i will want more then the 3582HTA is capable.

I need a intake pipe to fit my new turbo inlet 4'' and i don't know what to get. I want a cheap one just to run it in the beginning before i'm switching to SD and get a Dejon intake pipe with no MAS. It must have the cc and vcv tubes because i'm planning to use them even on the new Dejon with no MAS.

Update. I just ordered a whole setup from FP with DSM82 turbo. From extremepsi i got the ETS race intercooler with 3.5 core and some other things like walbro 255hp...fuel regulator...HKS bov...etc. What i still want to know because i have to order it very soon is what injectors should i run...and what to do with the intake pipe. I hope i will not regret because i didn't buy the DSM76 and street intercooler.
