2- what do i do with the electric wires from both units?(red black on both)
3-What am i missing or should i get?
4- were should i install the sprayer? any pics of places like idk were to put it intercooler piping intake?
5- any install guides anything i should look at ?
6-does the banjo just go to the fuel fliter?
7-and in the 3rd pic what is that ?

this is the mods to the car so far but before i spray the car im getting dsmlink, injectors, and a fpr and having my tuner tune the car. i just want to install it all for him so he just has to do the tuning etc.... i just wanna post this i would ask him but hes on vacation so i don't wanna bother him.

to be quite candid with you i would worry about compression and strengthining your bottom end before you worry about spraying. do it right or you will seriously regret it. the hard way. BOOM!:notgood:

i only plan a small 35 shot for now till i get a bigger setup the car will have mroe than the mods i posted like injectors, dsmlink, shift kit, couple other things i know my tuner will make it as safe as can be i know its never 100% safe but he is good at what he does i just want to learn some stuff i have been reading up as much as i can about it.

so what your both saying if i dont build my bottom end its going to go boom ? LOL lets be real here. i dont see under the hood i want to know were they installed the sprayer. i dont know much about nitrous thats why i want to read as much as i can im just looking for someone to post me in the right direction as far as dsm with nitrous goes i tryed searching but really got no were. all i really am doing is installing it for my tuner just to help him out. but i do want to know whats going on in all aspects. and from what i gathered basic things to have for nitrous are like arps, injector, fuel pump with rewire, fpr, dsm link, colder plugs, and i am going to have all that plus what ever else i get told is needed or would recommend buying.

ok heres a recomendation now i havent gotten to the level of being ready for nitrous, nut from what im told a shot of nitrous pretty much puts your car into all balls out... it will run your turbo hard your pistons and rods even hotter. from what i just heard aftermarket rods will be needed or when you hit that spray your going to heat the hell up. do you have a FMIC and not no knock off ebay one either

I know some people spraying on stock blocks.. It is a zex 55 shot plumbed right into the throttle body elbow pointing towards the throttlebody so it sprays right in.. Just go to NOS or ZEX website and figure it out man..

its a wet kit. do my pictures work? and i already have a precision 600hp fmic its deff not ebay i dont buy parts off ebay i have learned from that.

You can run it with a stock bottom end and there are people that do, but those are on low milage well taken care of engines. It would be sweet to have spray but not very smart and a high milage, daily driven car. And it doesn't help that our cars are know to have been "spiritfully" driven. So the smart way to go about this is to rebuild your engine with forged internals or at least better than stock internals. You don't have to go all out race car stuff but you at least want to know that it will be able to handle a shot of nitrous. It's true that if you hook it up it may work perfectly with no side effects, but do you really want to risk it?

yea i do LOL i totally forgot to mention this is by far not my daily i could give a shit less if it blows up LOL im doing this for more of a wanna get a good track run and learn and just pure fun till i build it this winter i already have a spare motor im going to have the dsm link and stuff i still wanna run it kinda safe but if it blows its no big deal.

I agree with the others when they say why risk it on the stock motor. Instead why not just follow the paths of hundreds of others who just up the boost on the 14b or just swap out to a bigger turbo for that extra power. I just feel that it's too risky and won't be worth the risks/engine abuse. Just b/c you got a good deal on the nitrous kit doesn't mean you have to use it, just flip it. This is just my opinion, so don't hate me for it. Just lookin out for a fellow dsmer, ya know.;)

no i understand. im going to use it LOL :) rem i dont care about a singal part on this motor everything but my fmic is getting takin out around end of winter its all going to be upgraded so it does not matter if i blow this motor tomorrow. its only a 35 shot. im just looking for install pics basically i cant find any on this forum.

Well then if you could give a shit less if it blows up..... Hook up the NOS dude:hellyeah:

i got the basics down for the install i just dont know were people spray on a dsm intercooler pipe? intake?

From what I've seen most people have luck with putting it in the throttle body elbow. It's pretty easy to tap in there and pretty reliable too from what I understand. Hopefully everything works out well for ya.:thumb:

when i had a ZEX system years ago, the instructions said to tap it 6-8 inches from the throttle body...!!
thats Straight from ZEX for a universal Dry system... but i think the elbow will do fine!!

I know my engine didnt last a week with 55shot on stock internals!
But that was a Probe! Altho the engine WAS build by mazda and mazda is known for some good engines!

But Good Luck man, do what you want and have fun doing it!!!!
;)

the rule of thumb is a stock motor can handle 20-25 hp shot per cylinder. that's an 80-100 shot, sounds fun to me. I don't think I would be cranking the boost on top of that (unless your guy tunes for it), hell I don't think you even need all of that extra stuff first, it seems ready to go as long as you don't get carried away with it.

i installed a NOS wet kit 50 shot with a e316g on 20lbs on my buddys completely stock engine with 120,xxx miles on it. sprayed it at least once a day, every day, lasted for another 70k miles or so like that. i mean, of course it had mods like injectors, fuel pump, intake, blah blah blah. ran good. i even put it in the intake right before the turbo.

Go on Dude!
this motor will take 50/60shots easily. A friend of mine with a AWD 4g63t 30r fmic, cams, cam gears, 560cc, fpr is running 50shot dry without any problem since 1.5 year (its a weekend race car)

I myself am running 38shots (NX Jet size 38) without any issues and i'm going to increase it. i just got it connected to my DSMLink FPS solenoid (havent had a run withit though)

You should select the right plugs when u run nitrous. Iridiums, platinums do not work at all. NGK 7e/8e will be recommended from my side.
