Some kind of noise

OK so I don't really know if I even have a problem because I may just be a worry wart knowing I drive a DSM and am just waiting for the slightest thing to go awry. But what i have noticed is i get this weird noise part way through spooling, that kind of sounds maybe like a bearing or something of the such, the sound too is a deeper tone, but not a grinding. Also though it dose seem like when driving I may be losing some top-end power, but not a lot. I have done a compression test on my car, i got like 165-170 across the board. So my thinking is maybe my turbo is going out, but what scares me most is i don't think I would be able to tell if one of my rob bearings would be going out and what it might sound like.

It doesn't actually sounds like a wine, more like a rapid vibration, or something. The turbo did have a little shaft play when i put it in, so I can only see it getting worse (can't check it right now though)

I've been getting a strange sound as well. Does it almost sound like a raddling sound or like some bolt flying around against objects only under certain RPM zones? I have been getting a raddling sound only around 2.5-4k rpm and it seems to be coming from either the belt or the turbo.

I even took off the timing belts heat shield to make sure, and the timing belt is plenty tight, and the raddling stillehappened so it's not hitting against the heat shield.

take of your intake off and check the turbo

+1. Check for shaftplay on the turbo. Make sure also that your oil feed lines aren't crushed anywhere and your turbo is getting oil.
