First post here, bought a 98 gs-t, drove it for a week or two, and now whenever I give any sort of throttle for around 10 seconds it leans out and starts missing/sputtering. The problem started when I came out from work to a dead battery (my mistake, left the lights on for 12 hours
) jumpstarted it, let it warm up, and hooned it out of the parking lot. If it starts missing, I have to clutch it and let it idle for a second before resuming acceleration. If it sees boost, I can give it throttle longer, but it still misses. It does have lifter tick, and for some reason that's what I think is causing it (some kind of sensor freaking out) it's also throwing a code, but I dont have access to a reader for a couple of weeks, and by that time the revised lifters I ordered will be in, so I plan on replacing them and seeing if that fixes it. When the car starts missing, the engine starts shuddering. Any ideas on whether it could be anything else?
