soft clutch problems...Help!

guys i replaced the slave cylinder and the "b pipe" and now there is no leaking i checked the fluid levels and its all good but the clutch engages dangerously close to the ground. and the pedal is really soft what do i do this is my daily driver.? is the clutch bad? or the pressure plate? i can't drive it like this. before this it was fine. just happened out of no where. and when its in gear it almost wants to keep going even though the pedal is pushed to the floor. what do i do help guys!!!!!
