smoking black while in boost and white when backing off

1995 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD

I changed my crankshaft pulley because the old one was bent and then this smoking thing started.
I think its smoking white because I have a coolant leak, so it doesnt have enough coolant.
And the black smoke because the timing got messed up while changing the crankshaft pulley?

I want to replace the timing belt and water pump soon, so could adjusting the timing help?

I think its just the timing that got messed up.
So ill replace the timing belt, waterpump, and balance shaft belt first since that stuff needs to be replaced anyway.

I would do the balance shaft elimination but i dont want to do that much work on the car yet.
Plus im having a shop do the timing and water pump stuff to save me headachs and I dont know if they would know how to do the BS elimination.
Maybe later this summer.
