When i let off after a hard pull and only above six pounds i get some smoke after but only after i get out of boost again really white smoke not tons but a little

Ok so white smoke on pulls.. and only on pulls.

Getting coolant out of the exhaust @ high rpm/boost. I'd be worried about losing that HG soon.

I had the same problem with my t28 turbo and it ended up being a worn out turbo and a hairline crack on the exhaust side all the way to the center cartridge. I had a little in and out shaft play. I hope this helps!

White smoke? If somehow the turbo cartridge was creaked and leaking coolant into the exhaust it would smoke white. Worn turbo seals would cause blue smoke which would be oil. Obviously check the turbo for play and cracks. It might be time for a compression test. Sure its not cold weather or something

I found out its the turbo and it wasn't white it was blue i saw the smoke at night and thought it was white but if i did the 14b would it be a direct replacement or would i need some different parts

The only thing you'd need to install the 14B are the correct lines(which you can get anywhere, you can even get the 1G lines to fit with some ingenuity), and the stock black pipe that runs to the side-mount intercooler. If you have a front mount, you'll need an aftermarket J-pipe.

All you wou would need for the turbo to be a direct bolt in would be to get some 1g water lines and a j-pipe and you're al lset, or if you want to go all out you can get a complete 2g install kit. Your call.

Most people have found that when the turbo seals go, the oil that gets burned somehow burns whitish grey, especially Mobil1 or other synthetic oils. The key is the smell, since coolant has a distinctive sweetness to it, and the grey smoke that a blown turbo produces smells like burning oil and not coolant.

Either way, smoke after a boosted pull is a clear indication of a blown turbo. Replacement or rebuild is necessary.
